What we collect

Your account details (name, username, email), what you add about your pets (profiles, health records, documents, photos, care logs, insurance details), and basic technical data needed to keep your account secure (sign-in sessions and device type).

Who can see it

Health records, documents, insurance details, care instructions and care logs are private to the people you add to a pet, according to their role. Your email address is never shown to other members. Pet walls and profiles follow the privacy settings you choose. Finders who scan a pet's tag see only what the owner allows, and messages from finders are relayed so neither side's email or phone number is revealed unless they choose to share it.

Photos

Location and camera data (EXIF/GPS) is removed from every photo before it is stored.

Sharing records

When you share records with a kennel, groomer or sitter, they receive a link that expires on the date you choose. You can revoke it at any time and see when it was opened.

Your choices

You can download all of your data and delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data. We do not sell personal information.

Pawfolio runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (file storage) and Resend (email).
