Roles

Owner — full control. Updater — family or caretaker who keeps records current. Caregiver — sitter, walker or kennel: sees care instructions and logs activities. Vet — health records, documents and insurance, and can post to the wall. Poster — posts to the wall. Viewer — read-only. Each invitation can be fine-tuned area by area.

Found a pet?

Scan the QR code on its tag or enter the Pawfolio ID at pawfolio.ai/lookup. You can message the owner without sharing your contact details.

Lost your pet?

Open your pet → Tag & lost → turn on Lost mode. Anyone who scans the tag sees your lost notice, and you're alerted on every scan.

Sending records to a kennel

Open your pet → Share records. Pick what to include and how long the link lasts. We email it to them, and you can revoke it any time.
